AT THE PRESENT TIME, FACEBOOK HAS FROZEN MY ACCOUNT UNDER THE NAME ”BILL CRAWFORD.”

BILL CRAWFORD IS AN ATTORNEY IN GOOD STANDING IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND HAS BEEN IN GOOD STANDING since the date of admission in 1975.  For the past twenty-one year, the Martindale Hubbell organization,  the world’s oldest independent rating system for lawyers has rated Bill Crawford an AV rating, the highest rating for an attorney for each of these last 22 years.

Facebook has frozen the use of my account because I point out their numerous attempts to stop my criticism. Facebook makes its money on accounts, whether they receive money or not, by selling advertising, it is believed, all over the world.  They have removed material related to my profession without warning, and deliberately inserted derogatory material in the header such as hand written derogatory material about me without my consent. Without my knowledge and consent they have set up a duplicate account. It is easy to see that whereas there once was one legitimate account, there are now two? accounts. It’s Facebook math. If you were scanning the accounts without really looking, how many customers does Facebook service?

After 41 years of practicing law, it is my ethical obligation to advise the public that Facebook does not operate in the public interest.  Facebook operates its business in bad faith. All persons should check their postings every day to monitor what, if anything, Facebook has done to your postings.  The damage has already begun.  Their scheme is obvious. It is to offer the ability to family, friends, and potential business to communicate with each other.  In return, Facebook brings in incalculable sums of mone y at present. In the future Facebook will continue to squeeze the customer, reduce benefits, and employ other artifices and schemes across state lines to increase Facebook’s allegedly enormous profits.

Without my knowledge or consent they have set up a duplicate business account using public information.  It’s time to bring the full force of the law down upon Facebook.

Holy Smokes, John Glenn!   Consistent with the egregious  conduct of some American corporations, NASA is negotiating DISCOUNTS for future missions after two successive mission failures by SpaceX.

At first, the PR was that the Launch Pad was not damaged, now they are unsure. Ten congressmen want answers.

The American people await.  But it won’t be quick. After all, the elections will not stop greed and avarice on Capitol Hill.

These cranes are necessary if Jacksonville is to compete with other major seaports for the loading and off-loading of commercial cargo transiting through the Panama Canal, shiv now can accommodate wider and longer vessels.

On an enonomic basis, cargo shipped on larger vessels means fewer trips to ship the same amount of cargo.
